The Partnership, in accordance with President Obama’s directives, has made renewable energy a centerpiece of the development of the Enhanced Use Lease program with the Army.  As part of the program, the Partnership, with assistance from our partners at Clough Harbor and Siemens, will be constructing a cogeneration facility to provide clean, low-cost power to the entire Watervliet Arsenal.

In addition to making clean energy a reality in Watervliet, the site itself has the potential to be a presence in the region’s Cleantech innovations.  Below you can find more information about our partners in Cleantech:
