The Arsenal Business & Technology Partnership was created in 1999 by government, business and educational leaders to assure the long-term sustainability of the Watervliet Arsenal in the regional economy. For nearly 20 years, the Partnership was the Arsenal’s exclusive economic developer, helping strengthen the sites viability and generate revenue for the Army. The Partnership, a not-for-profit entity, successfully developed close to 300,000 square feet of previously underutilized space on the 143-acre site.
Today, the Arsenal Business & Technology Partnership has redirected its focus to serving the veteran business owner community across the region and New York State.
As host of the Michael R. McNulty Center for Veteran Entrepreneurial Activity and the U.S. SBA Veteran Business Outreach Center, the Partnership offers training and services to military veterans who are exploring ways to start or grow their own business.
